Todd is in Hawaii trying to get Jack and Starr from Blair.
As he hides, he talks to Starr on the phone, telling her how much he misses her.
When Ross, Sam, and Starr leave, Todd comes out from his hiding place, only to be spotted by a shocked Téa.

Todd tries to convince Téa that he is in Hawaii looking for her to help him get custody of his kids, but Téa doesn't buy it.
Téa realizes that Todd's in Hawaii because Jack and Starr are there, too.
Téa calls Todd's bluff and tries to call Blair, but Todd stops her.
Téa realizes Todd intends to kidnap Jack and Starr, and sneaks out of the room to try and head off his attempt.
As Todd watches, Téa and Starr reunite.

Todd is trying to strangle Ross, believing that Ross kept him from getting to Starr and Jack.
Téa tells him it was her, but Todd doesn't believe her and takes off after Ross.
As he's chasing Ross, Todd gets trapped under a tree limb.
